This EP, being the first from KiNK in 2024, demonstrates a seamless fusion of electronic mastery and vocal enchantment across three tracks and two DJ acapellas, further solidifying their position in the electronic music scene.
Strahil Velchev, widely recognized by his stage name KiNK, is celebrated for his electrifying live performances and a rich discography that blurs the lines between house, techno, and acid. His approach to music is deeply improvisational, drawing inspiration from jazz\’s spontaneity and the early rave scene\’s energy. Since stepping into the international spotlight around 2008, KiNK has graced the stage of countless clubs and festivals worldwide, delivering unforgettable experiences with his array of analog synthesizers and controllers.
Rachel Row, a German/Bulgarian singer, songwriter, and musical theater performer, has been a frequent collaborator with KiNK, lending her distinctive vocals to many of his tracks. The duo has captivated audiences across the globe, from the hallowed halls of Berghain / Panorama Bar to the vibrant stages of Tomorrowland and Roskilde. Rachel\’s breakthrough came with the 2013 single \”Follow The Step,\” which garnered international acclaim and highlighted her ability to blend romantic vocals with cutting-edge beats.
